The Hotel restaurant is named after the Reverend Hawker, a celebrated Cornish poet and historical figure. Hawker’s has always been recognised for its high quality and holds the RAC Dining Award. We aim to serve top quality food using fresh, local ingredients, imaginatively served and presented in a relaxing and elegant environment.
We only use the best of fresh ingredients throughout and always take the fullest advantage of seasonal produce. Wherever practical, our seafood comes direct from local Cornish boats. Our meat is all sourced locally and is specially selected for us by our own butcher. Fresh vegetables are delivered to us daily and our cheese board features cheeses made within two miles of the hotel.
