Customer Loyalty Scheme
For all guests who make a holiday or business stay with us will have their Camelot Loyalty Account automatically credited to the value of 10% of the total costs of their accommodation package. This credit balance can then be used against future stays at the hotel.  The loyalty amount is valid for one year from date of checkout and can be claimed against your booking when paying a booking deposit.

Referral Scheme
If you have previously stayed at the Camelot and you refer people to the Camelot who have not stayed with us before, they will receive a 15% discount off the value of their first booking.  To qualify for this discount, those being referred to us need simply to inform us of your name and address when making their first booking.

Group Discounts
6 to 11 persons 5%, 12 or more persons 10% Whilst quotes will be given on estimated group numbers, actual discounts will be calculated on the numbers checking in.

Child rates
Children of 3 years of age or under are free of charge, children of 4 to 12 years of age inclusive are 50% of the adult rate. These rates are for children sharing with adults.

Dogs Allowed
Guests bringing a dog are placed in one of our dog friendly rooms on the ground floor.  There is a charge of £8 per night for dogs.  Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, bar or lounge.

Deposits
A deposit of £30.00 per person per night (maximum of £90.00 per person) is required to secure all reservations.

Payments
We accept cheques and Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Delta cards.

Cancellation
Should you cancel your reservation when the hotel is otherwise fully booked, and we are unable to re-let the room, you will be charged the cost of the accommodation less any meals. In all other cases we will refund your deposit less an administration charge of £20.

Gratuities
Gratuities are entirely discretionary and go wholly to the staff.

Meal Times
Breakfast: 7.30am to 9.30am (8.00am to 10.00am Sunday)
Dinner: 7.00pm last orders 8.30pm

Departure
Please vacate rooms by 11.00am on the day of departure.
